gitdown is in private beta. Data may be reset between iterations. There is no service-level agreement, no warranty, and no support obligation. Use at your own risk.
By signing in with Google you create an account on gitdown. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Don't share credentials. Enrol your own SSH keys. Don't try to bypass authentication.
You retain all rights to repositories, code, and metadata you push to gitdown. By pushing it you grant gitdown the operational right to store it, replicate it within the GCP region for durability, serve it back to you, and make it available to apps you authorise via the marketplace.
See the acceptable use policy.
You may delete your account at any time per the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the AUP, attempt to compromise gitdown's security, or impose costs out of proportion to legitimate use. We will give reasonable notice except for security incidents.
gitdown is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of gitdown during the private beta.
We may update these terms during the private beta. Material changes will be announced via the apex page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith correspondence first.
